The Required Vitamins for Achieving Optimum Memory:

Phosphatidylserine (PS) (100 mg/ 2-6 times per day based upon need. Mild need--take 2-3; Moderate need--take 3-4; Severe need--take 4-6.) Must have! Tested, studied, found highly effective! Find at Products page.

Phosphatidylcholine (PC) (300-1200 mg per day) best taken together with the Phosphatidylserine (PS) as in my product at the Products page.

Omega 3 oils (1000+ mg a day) Important! In fact, many researchers believe our lack of Omega may have created many of our memory problems. Watch out for mercury in fish! Stay with salmon and eggs plus an excellent Omega gel or liquid. 

Multi-Vitamin B Complex 100 with easily absorbed folic acid (B-9), B-6, and B-12. Very Important! When these are lacking memory problems are highly probable! Take a nice high potency B multiple to achieve.

Wheat Grass (approximately 3 tablespoons per day; Start on one and build up to three.)  Wheat grass has: Zinc, choline, folic acid, magnesium, phosphorous, glutamine, tyrosine, tryptophane, selenium, etc. All needed! Daily B Vitamins are also in wheat grass. This is a detox product and in no way related to wheat or marijuana!).

Vitamin E (400-800+ IU's a day) Many will tell you not to take over 400 IU's. I still take 800.

Acetyl-L-carnitine (500-1500 mg per day) Effective. Combine with alpha lipoic acid. Promising research. 

Alpha lipoic acid (200 mg per day) Powerful, helpful. 

COQ10 (100-200 mg per day) Effective cell strengthener. 

Vinpocetine (5-10 mg/ 3 times per day) Also excellent! Highly proven. Helpful to memory ailments. All ages. 

Huperzine A (Dosages up to 50 mcg four times a day) Higher dose may have side effects. Adolescents also use 

Bacopa Monniera (250 mg/ 3 times per day) Boosts mental clarity, Rejuvenates nerves and brain cells. 

Galantamine (8 mg/ 3 times per day) Fights Alzheimer's. 

Carnosine (500 mg) Brain/anti-aging! Helpful even to children, ADHD, epilepsy, or any nerve related problem. 

Inositol (500-1000 mg) For anxious, depressed memory. 

DHEA (50 mg per day); Pregnenolone (5 mg/day); Ginseng; Ginkgo Biloba. As directed. Last two boost needed PS. And these last four also assist menopausal memory.
