Omega 3
oils (1000+ mg a day) Important! In fact, many researchers
believe our lack of Omega may have created many
of our memory problems. Watch out for mercury in fish! Stay
with salmon and eggs plus an excellent Omega gel or liquid.
Multi-Vitamin B Complex 100 with easily absorbed folic acid
(B-9), B-6, and B-12. Very Important! When these are lacking
memory problems are highly probable! Take a nice high
potency B multiple to achieve.
Wheat Grass
(approximately 3 tablespoons per day; Start on one and build up to three.)
Wheat
grass has: Zinc, choline,
folic acid, magnesium, phosphorous, glutamine, tyrosine,
tryptophane, selenium, etc. All needed!
Daily B Vitamins are also in wheat grass. This is a detox
product and in no way related to wheat or marijuana!).
Vitamin E (400-800+ IU's a day) Many will tell you not to
take over 400 IU's. I still take 800.
